Most mortgage lenders and banks offer a 1-800 phone number, corny hold music and a receptionist with a fake smile. At Roost Lending, we operate completely different. We are a collection of 5 people who have decided to partner together. Out of us 5, 4 of us are licensed loan officers and the people you actually deal with. We all work independently of each other and for that reason, we all work a little bit different. What’s best for Angel and his clients may not be best for Kristin and her clients. So at Roost, since we are all partners, we have the freedom to give you the best loan and the best experience possible. There is no going in the back and speaking to the “manager.” Everyone at Roost is the manager and the owner. Our individual freedom to be the best loan officer means you get the best loan possible.
